The hotel is located a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, in the lively Carnot Avenue. The "Charles de Gaulle Etoile" metro station is right in front of the hotel.

This hotel is a traditional, Parisian, Haussmann-style building, with ironwork at the windows and an Art Deco interior. The lobby is medium sized. Its pale wood décor, soft lighting and potted plants combine to create a soothing atmosphere. This area leads to a charming English bar which is tastefully decorated in green, with horse statues and hunting pictures. The medium sized guest rooms are all in very good condition and feature Louis XV furnishings. Situated on the ground floor, the restaurant is separated into two parts. One part overlooks the avenue under a veranda and is reminiscent of a Parisian bistro. A few steps lead up to the second part, which is decorated as a classical yet modern eaterie. In both cases, good French cuisine is served.
